1. About Us
Printasha is a sole proprietorship based in Canada. We specialize in humorous, print-on-demand T-shirts for parents. All orders are fulfilled by third-party providers such as Printify and Swift POD.
2. Products & Order Fulfillment
All products are made to order. Once purchased, they are sent to production by our partners. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping available in the USA only.
- Orders ship within 2–5 business days of fulfillment.
- Free shipping on orders $75+ (USA only).
- We’re not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect or the item arrives damaged.
If that’s the case, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, and website content belong to Printasha. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order. We do not sell or share personal data outside of trusted fulfillment/payment partners. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Payment
We accept secure payment via credit cards and other supported gateways. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Printasha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
